Salar de Uyuni
The largest in the world
Why visit the Salar
Visiting the Salar de Uyuni is much more than a trip, it is an experience that touches the soul. This immense sea of salt, considered the largest natural mirror in the world, offers landscapes that seem to come from another planet: infinite skies reflected on the ground, sunsets that paint the horizon with fire, and nights where the stars blend with the earth. Being there means feeling the immensity of nature, understanding how small we are in the face of such grandeur and, at the same time, how fortunate we are to be able to contemplate it.
The Salar de Uyuni is not just a place to visit, it is a place to experience, breathe in and keep in your heart forever.

When to visit the Salar
The Salar de Uyuni can be visited all year round, but each season offers a different and unique spectacle:
- Rainy season (January to March):
This is when the salt flat is covered with a thin layer of water and becomes the largest natural mirror in the world. It is the perfect time for those looking for stunning photographs with infinite reflections of the sky. However, some areas may be flooded and certain access points closed. - Dry season (April to November):
The salt flat is completely dry and you can clearly see its white surface and salt hexagons, drive across it without restrictions, and visit more distant attractions such as Incahuasi Island. It is also the best season for multi-day tours to the colored lagoons and the Siloli Desert.
